Q What does FAQ stand for ?

A Grade $280 + $80 NZU Levy $360
Social Grade $280 + $20 NZU Levy $300

Q Is there limit, on number of teams for 2011?
A Yes - due to court numbers, there will be a limit on number of teams. So teams that get their registrations forms and money deposited into the MUA bank account first will have a greater chance of been accepted.

Q Is it first-in-first served or done by some other system for registration?
A YES - it's basically a FIFS system.
 
Q A Grade . Do you limit it in some way (Geographically) or can anyone enter a team ?
A A-Grade is Open to anyone , there no geographically limit (we reserved 1 spot for each of the major regions).

Q When do registrations close?
A Registrations will close on the 31th of August. All payments must be received in full before this date.No late entries will be accepted.

Q Can I get my money back if my team withdraws ?
A Yes & No , if your team withdraws before 31st August 2010 then yes, after that after a $100 fee admin fee will apply. 

Q How many games will we play?
A This depends on the numbers of teams, hopefully somewhere between 6 to 10 games .With a split of 4/6 games on Saturday and 2/4 on Sunday. Last year team played about avg 340 mins of disc over the weekend.  

Q Just wondering when things actually kick off and finish each day??
A  2010 times where 
           Sat start 9.00 am and finished at 6pm    (with a 50 min lunch break)
           Sun start 9.30 am and finished at 4 pm
 
Q What time is Captain Meeting?
A Early on Saturday morning
 
Q What about Lunch??
A Lunch will be provided both days (free)
 
Q What is the age for boys to quality as female?
A Boys 14 & under can qualify as female. This rule cannot be utilised if there are already sufficient numbers of females on the squad.

Q Do schools get preferential entry?
A No school don't get preferential entry.

Q Will there be apick up team this year ?
A Depends if there enough people interest in forming a team .We (MUA) don't like actually like organize pickup teams but just help by forwarding details/info onto people looking to make teams. That why on website we have this link. http://www.mua.org.nz/indoor-nationals/wanted

Q When is Draw Done ?
A Usually the first draft is done on last Monday before the tourney , Modify on Tuesday morning and sent to team captains Tuesday Night .

Q Do A Grade and B grade play at same time?
A Depending on the teams numbers and courts available .There usually is small over lap in some rounds.

Q I don't have a full rooster or all there details yet but I want to enter a team ?
A Send in your partial rooster as best as possible and money deposited into the MUA bank account. Then just updates the details of your squad when they are finalized.
