All details on the player registration form are required by New Zealand Ultimate- Name , Sex, DOB, Address,
Occupation, Email etc. All information will be private and confidential. Clubs with multiple teams will have to complete a form for each team . A
day or two after the form has been submitted and or payment is received
you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please check your junk
mail. Registration will close on 31st August.
All payments must be received in full before this date and team registration forms must be completed by this date. Late entries will only be accepted under exceptional circumstances and there will be a late fee of $50!. Full refund on fees if withdrawn before August 31st After August 31st will incur a admin fee of $100 (aka - the pain in the arse fee)
